Where we Ship

We offer international shipping to most locations. If your address is in a region we can’t deliver to, we’ll reach out to you directly.

Estimated Shipping Times

All our items are carefully designed and made to last ♡

○ US: 4-10 business days
○ Canada & Europe: 6-14 business days
○ Australia & New Zealand: 12-14 business days
○ Central & South America: 8-14 business days

*Max delivery time: 20 business days (excluding 1-3 processing time)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

Tracking not updating? Some carriers take 1-5 business days to update tracking info. If your tracking hasn’t updated after 5 business days, contact us—we’re happy to help!

Lost/Missing Packages

We’re not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

If we make a mistake, we’ll reship your order at no cost to you.

Customs & Duties

○ We’re not responsible for any customs fees once your order ships.
○ By placing an order, you agree to potentially paying customs fees if required by your country.

Combined Shipping

For logistical reasons, items in the same order may ship separately. If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
